Taping for Don Kirshner's Rock Concert, which aired on Dec. 14, with Fleetwood Mac, and Blue Suede. According to Brian Risner, the morning after the previous night's show in Ben Lomond, California, the band drove from Ben Lomond to San Jose, flew to Burbank, then drove to Long Beach for the taping, which eventually took place after midnight. A long day.
